Responsibilities

Many times, Customer Identity Management (CIM) is the first interaction State Farm's customers have when engaging with State Farm online, using the Mobile App, or through our call centers. This opportunity is on the team leading the way for a new Customer Identity and Access Management platform based in AWS. Bring your passion for innovation, technical aptitude and learning agility and impact the customer experience! Your responsibilities include:
  • Protecting data for the customer and State Farm through Customer Authentication, and creating excellent Customer Registration and Credential Management experiences.
  • Working in an Agile Product team to drive innovation that will help us continue to improve the customer experience and leverage Product Management principals
  • Modernizing CIM's solutions as we move to AWS.

Qualifications

We are currently implementing a new CIAM platform and it's an excellent opportunity fto get in on the early development of this solution on AWS.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Java, Git, Javascript, required
  • Spring, ReactJS, preferred
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery technologies
  • Knowledge and/or experience with AWS is prefered but not required
  • Experience developing efficient software architecture solutions
  • Strong desire to explore cloud solutions, such as AWS
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred or work equivalent
