Description This position is eligible for FLEX WORK. Candidates can be based onsite in Vienna, VA or can work remotely.SAIC’s is seeking an Audit Solutions Architect to join other technical professionals in SAIC’S contract in support of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB). The FRTIB administers the Thrift Savings Plan which provides Federal employees the opportunity to save for retirement. FRTIB manages retirement assets for more than 4.5 million participants worldwide. The position is responsible for supporting responses to audit findings that require technical research and documentation of a plan to remediate the finding, particularly findings that require system documentation to be written. Familiarity with documentation of POAMs (Plans of Action and Milestones) and CAPs (Corrective Action Plan) is helpful.The candidate should be a self-starter who has excellent written communication skills and the ability to quickly understand the technical complexities of a large financial recordkeeping system. The candidate will be assigned tasks to document legacy systems that are short on detailed documentation. The candidate will be assigned system documentation tasks and will be counted on to research the system functionality as independently as possible.QualificationsDesired Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of IT Architect or IT Technical writer experience
Experience using MS Visio and MS Word to create system documentation
Familiarity with data flow diagrams and system design documentation
Ability to work independently
Must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Works under general direction on specific goals with specific timetables
Strong organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with POAM and CAP remediation
