DescriptionSAIC is currently seeking an Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle Concept (OMFV) Team Threat/Operational Environment SME for our Fort Benning, GA location.The candidate must be capable of developing enemy / Threat operational orders, graphics, and TTPs in support of simulation experiments focused on the military utility of potential future Army capabilities and systems related to the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle Concept (OMFV). Prior military background at the operational and tactical echelons is required with thorough knowledge through experience in Threat military organizations and structures. Candidate must be a subject matter expert with experience in current Threat doctrine, organizations, and weapons; and the employment on systems especially at the Brigade level and below. Candidate should have experience with simulation software and models including One Semi Automated Forces (OneSAF). Candidate must be an experienced writer, with experience conducting analysis of events that supports the experiment objectives, especially from Threat perspective. Previous experience preparing and coordinating requirements, messages, decision papers, fact sheets, information papers, and briefing slides is required. Candidate must be able to document insights and findings related to experimentation results in support of a final report.QualificationsEducation/Experience Required:Bachelors and four (4) years or more experience; (4 year equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.Duties and experience include:

Primary responsibilities include developing data source matrixes, data collection plans and collection instruments, data reduction and analysis.

Responsible for, or supporting the planning, resourcing, preparation and execution of the Threat Training Plan for each experiment.

Ensures Threat tactics, techniques and procedures are valid for the time and country of the experiment.

In support of analysts, provides operational expertise in support in the capability development and integration of solutions for the OMFV Concept.

The candidate will be required to coordinate with various agencies to ensure experiment objectives are synchronized with Army, Program Manager-Maneuver Combat Systems (PM MCS), and Maneuver Center of Excellence requirements.
