We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.ResponsibilitiesPerspecta is looking to fill a role for a Cyber Operational Planner that will support ARCYBER headquarters, Deputy Chief of Staff, Comptroller in achieving their goals and objectives withfinancial management services.Responsibilities:

Shall provide Financial Planning and Budget support.

Prepare briefing materials including point papers and reports to assess the financial impact in the formulation of strategic mission guidance plan.

Draft planning goals and programming objectives in accordance with government direction to include milestones, progress, issues & problems, and remedial plans & actions to be initiated as appropriate.

Prepare initial, draft and final budget formulation exhibits and justifications to support the program(s) of record during the command Budget submission.

Budget exhibits include all appropriations, special exhibits, and obligation plans.

Provide updated budget controls and executive control summary reports as requested.

Prepare briefing packages, issue papers, and budgetary reclamas IAW Office of Management and Budget, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Army Budget Office guidance.

Draft spreadsheets, reports, and conduct analysis to ensure short- and long-range budget requirements are priced appropriately.

Prepare recommendations to justify and defend budgets during all required annual and periodic budget submissions; responding to Army Budget Office (ABO), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Congressional budget review questions, budgetary data calls, plus-ups and supplementals, reprogramming requests, and program briefings.

QualificationsRequired:

TS/SCI with CI or FS Poly

4 years of experience as a Service or Joint Operations Planner at Division, MAGTF, Wing or higher command level.

4 years of working knowledge of the MDMP/JOPP, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and APEX planning formats and guidance.

Edu/Exp: HS +6-8 Years or BA/BS +0-4 Years.

Desired Certs: JPME I Level qualified.

The ARCYBER Comptroller team will transition to Fort Gordon, GA (FGGA) commencing January 2020 and ending September 2020.
