Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

Assesses business needs to develop epics and user stories for projects and report defects.

Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) by developing an understanding of business processes to include system flow.

Responsible to work with the Business teams to understand the scope of the business so that critical data can be analyzed for solutioning.

Works closely with Project Managers or Portfolio Leaders to ensure business needs are captured prioritized and understood to manage stakeholder expectations.

Assists in the analysis of the functional business requirements and implementation details to ensures design meets non-functional requirements.

Ability to conduct delivery sessions to ensure the project and Business Owners have a clear understanding of the requirements.

Contributes to the development of operational readiness documentation and training materials to support rollout adoption and use of the system/functionality as needed.

May provide support during the integration and acceptance testing phases. In addition, providing warranty support after implementation.

Demonstrated ability with a collaborative approach in working in a team environment and a comfort level in daily interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

Adheres to the current Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) from Waterfall to Agile.

Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement including SDLC business processes and innovation.

Agile principles and mindsets to be used to accomplish deliverables presented in the project artifacts.

May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.

The ideal candidate is resourceful inquisitive, creative and confident.

Displays a passion for being a problem solver.

Must show demonstrated leadership ability a strong decision maker and have excellent interpersonal skills.
