Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Promote awareness of View Point Health within the community
Attracts applicants by using newsgroups and external resources
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, screening resumes, and performing initial group and individual interviews
Coordinates interviews with managers and supervisors
Collects and processes pre-hire paperwork from applicants
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Combines ability to communicate trust with people at all levels with energetic partnering skills
Job Requirements:
Position will require significant local travel, must have own transportation
Must have valid Georgia driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy
Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screensBenefits (for qualified employees):
