Job Description

As a Quality Specialist, you will be auditing and reviewing our cabinets for:

  • Product and process quality evaluation and control.
  • Assure Calibration of measuring instruments.
  • Perform internal audits (Attend OOCA, Conduct CTQ, Parts Squareness, Glue Weight, Cut Quality, Edgebanding, and Specification Audits)
  • Must have the ability to actively lead and participate in problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate quality information feedback.
  • Provide training/coaching on quality-related subjects to personnel as needed.
  • Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

SHIFT:

  • 1st Shift hours are approximately 7:00 AM- 5:30PM, Monday thru Thursday.
  • Weekend Shift hours are approximately 7:00 AM- 7:30 PM, Friday- Sunday.
  • 2nd Shift are approximately 7:00 PM- 5:30 AM, Monday thru Thursday
