Get along with the team, customers, clients, contractors and vendors to provide proper work flow. Execute the support and lead delivery of Energy Management Solutions to customers. Assist the Services Manager and/or working directly with the team under the direction of the Services Manager in performing any other designated work.Essential Functions:
Work directly with the Manager to develop goals within the team.
Engage with customer’s energy management related vendors and become their trusted partner to enable better services together to the customer
Engaging with India based Helpdesk team for Service desk operations
Support and deliver superior service via calls, e-mails, tickets and special projects
Analyze different systems and energy data to find potential for energy optimization.
Ability to diagnose and Analyze technical problems
Understanding the operation of field level equipment’s and Co-ordination with Field operations team
Provide technical leadership, supervision, and accountability within the team.
Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Process Ownership, end to end management of all activities associated with the process
Monitor process service delivery and ensure accomplishment of targets in adherence to SLAs
Work closely with other internal teams to ensure top of the line service to clients
Supervise and manage development of team members
Support in preparing of MIS required for management decision making
Should be adept in spotting trends (in data points) and analyze the same for further action
Must be able to multi task effectively
Ensure performance and efficiency of staff meet or exceeds expectation standards
Prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to timelines for completion of activities
Flexibility towards shifts as per requirement
Lead a team of 4-10 System Specialists
Participate in cross process initiatives which are formulated to create or improve existing processes
Serve as a mentor and offer guidance for team level and individual level challenges
This position requires superb communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment and manage the team effectively. Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to coordinate and plan your work schedule
Must possess the ability to work without close supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
High school education required
Minimum of 3 years’ Experience om HVAC and/or Building Automation
Minimum of 2 years’ Experience Team Lead/Team Manager
Knowledge of computer networking systems
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC/Control preferred
Experience in WebCTRL building automation systems
