job descriptionCall Center RepLooking for a great job in a fun-filled atmosphere with room to grow within a company? We are looking for professional call center contract representatives for our tax software to work through the busy tax season! No tax experience required!Working hours are 8-10 hours shifts between 8:00am-11:00pm EST Monday-Saturday.Paid extensive training as well as competitive pay rates!ResponsibilitiesThe Support Specialist provides support to business tax software clients. You will provide resolution to moderate and complex inquiries by phone, online chat, or E-mail. Answers are based upon information provided in product guides and support knowledge databases as well as other internal tools. Support Specialist identify and document resolutions to reoccurring inquiries as well as provide general reports to management.The essential functions of this role include:
