Read, critique, review required information within donor records daily.

Build a working relationship with Recovery Partners and maintain constant communication in order to gather all required donor information in a timely manner.

Interface with Donor Services Account Managers to work as a team to gather required donor information.

Implement systematic methods for completing work assignments to ensure deadlines are met.

Understand ISO requirements, AATB, GTPs, and the Quality System Regulations as they pertain to the entire operation, i.e., non-conformities, Good Documentation Practices, calibration, equipment maintenance, product storage and identification, etc.

Timely evaluation and resolution of non-conformances.

Implementation of policies, procedures, and practices necessary to meet all state, federal and international requirements for CryoLife products.

Ability to apply methodologies for identifying and eliminating non-value added areas in order to increase efficiency.

Review of donor charts in a timely manner

CTBS Certification Preferred

Perform all level of Reviews

4 plus years of chart review experience

Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

B.S. in a related biological field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Good interpersonal relationship skills.

Must have a high degree of stability, good emotional control, excellent expression (oral and written), and must be a goal-oriented team player.

Analytical skills for considering all pertinent factors, making decisions quickly and carefully, and accepting responsibility for those decisions.

Must be self-starter, alert for situations requiring action, confident of being able to think situations through and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to maintain a high activity level and be able to effectively manage and prioritize numerous projects and responsibilities.

Must have working knowledge of medical terminology.

Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.

Solid written communication skills.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Must be at least 18 years of age
