That's precisely what some of our employees and prospective employees think when they came across CodeForce 360. Position Overview Technical Lead - Custom/Mobile Product Development Requirements:
- Analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be the customers or end users.
- Works with stakeholders and project team to propose a solution for the given requirement.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to work with stakeholders to obtain sign off and also to provide direction and correct interpretation of the business requirement to the project team.
- Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
- Microsoft tech stack, .NET, Power Platform [PowerApps, Automate, Dataverse, Data Flow] experience (does not have to be at expert level!), Azure exposure and certification, Azure Devops.
- Primary: Hands-on Power Platform design/development
- Secondary skills - .Net, web development, microservices, Azure etc.
- Project Lead with typical organization skills, business/IT client interfacing
- Offshore/onshore coordination, issue tracking, negotiating
- Working experience in the following domain: Custom web application and Mobile app development
- Certified Scrum Master, Microsoft .NET, Azure
- '4-5 years of working experience in an Agile project as a Onshore technical leader coordinating with offshore team and brandsafway team. requirement refinement sessions with business stake holders and document them in Functional specs / requirement specs.
- Ability to create plan for implementing the same in phased manner for an agile project. [Helps to break down down the requirements in Features and User stories and lay down overall product roadmap and backlog for product to build newly].
- Strong understanding of the data models and good hands-on Visio, Excel, Powerpoint, Agile tools JIRA/ Azure Devops, PLSQL, Visual Studio, .NET, Azure Cloud
