Ensures workload requirements are met to include establishing
prices for all meat products sold.
Inspects equipment and checks temperature level regularly.

compliance with sanitary and safety policies.

Physical Requirement: Frequently lift, push, or pull pieces and
bulk boxes of meat weighing 25 pounds with the use of hand truck
and dollies. Work where the temperature does not exceed 50
degrees Fahrenheit, occasionally as low as -10 degrees.
