You will review menus and food production instructions while ensuring portion-control standards. In the absence of the Executive Chef, you will also oversee the food service staff and kitchen operations. To take on this important role, you must have:

High school diploma
Two years full-service restaurant cooking experience
The ability to follow and prepare recipes

Computer skills preferred
