As a maintenance professional, you are one of the most important parts of our community. Interacting with our residents and providing them with outstanding, impeccable service is the focus of your job. Your day will consist of a variety of tasks including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the communitys success.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HVAC Industry
EPA Certification
Professional
Good communication skills
Ability and Willingness to learn new skill
