Argo Moore Landscapes is looking to hire an Irrigation and Install Technician to join our team.
The main task of an irrigation technician is to maintain the irrigation equipment assigned to him or in a specific area. This equipment can include sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves and other plumbing equipment. This equipment can sometimes be buried underground and must be excavated to be maintained, so irrigation technicians should be comfortable working with digging equipment such as backhoes, shovels, skid steers, etc.
Landscape install technicians plant turf grass, bushes, shrubs, trees, flowers and other plants at their proper depth and in a strategic pattern that is usually designed by our landscape designer. They may also install walkways, patios, outdoor lighting, sprinklers or other irrigation systems and decks. Sloped areas or hills are leveled out by landscape install technicians, and water features like ponds, fountains and waterfalls are set up by them too.
DESIRED SKILL SET:
2+ years of landscape irrigation and installation experience.
Please be organized, respectful, and productive.
Salary/wages are highly competitive plus bonuses, and are based on experience and qualifications.
starting pay is $14/hr
Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours a week.
