Rapid growing, privately held real estate investment and management seeks experienced maintenance supervisor for 96 unit community and 108 unit community at desirable North Macon address. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising staff, completing work orders, completing make-ready process of vacant units, reporting importtant issues to property manager and grounds maintenance. Some night on-call service will be required. HVAC certification is also required. We offer opportunity for advancement.
The successful candidate will have experience within the property management industry and HVAC Certification.
COP certification a plus!
