The Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and deliver the best talent through a full cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going hiring manager relationships.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site/multi-state organization
Manages a full cycle recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
Implements marketing and sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Develops strong working relationships with hiring managers to support requisitions fulfillment
Works with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are in line with hiring objectives
Ensures that candidates presented meet established position criteria
Provides regular, timely follow up with managers to support solid communication throughout the recruitment process
Communicates effectively with candidates and provides position details and next steps in the recruitment process
Tracks and reports weekly/monthly/yearly activity and hiring metrics for assigned requisitions/locations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DISTINCTIONS
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand and explain job specifications
Prior experience with social media and sourcing passive candidates from different resources
Ability to follow processes and maintain an organization
Must be motivated and enthusiastic team player
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
