Job Title: Team Leader
Pay Range: $10-17
Job Description: The team leader in Build will be responsible for general construction and sanding of furniture. The leader will manage one other team member (with occasional extra manpower when needed) and be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining excellent standards of quality and following and hitting project deadlines. Both team members will also be responsible for working to complete all necessary work and assisting other when possible.
