Colatech Capital is looking to hire experienced handyman jack-of-all-trade workers to help renovate a number of properties that we own in various stages of renovation. We are well capitalized and can pay you weekly. We have workers comp and can offer a challenging environment where there is always a unique challenge to the renovations.
You will work as part of a 2-3 man team, all reporting to our project manager. Most of our projects are within 1-1.5 hours of Macon and Warner Robins. Some projects are farther and in those cases can provide accomodation.
There is a lot of work and we are adding new properties all the time to the portfolio. Get some job security in your life and help us out. We're a small family and would welcome you aboard.
Tasks included:
drywalling
framing
flooring
roofing
light plumbing and electrical
landscaping
You are not expected to have all of these, but should have most in order to be well rounded. At least 5 years experience in handyman and construction is required. Must have reliable transportation to get to your work site.
