The Window Guys are scheduling interviews now for our open Outdoor Cleaning Technician position in Macon. This is a full-time position with approximately 50-60 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with some occasional weekend work. This position includes driving to and from Atlanta 1-3 times per week in company owned vehicles.
The compensation includes a base salary with production-based bonus pay after a short onboarding and training process. We also offer paid time off and paid holidays. (base salary varies based on experience $300-350 with average weeks being $575-$900.)

This is NOT a ready-made job and a position that won't fit for just anyone. There will be some long hot days and a considerable amount of traveling. The duties associated with this position include:
-Cleaning Exterior and Interior Windows
-Performing House Washing, Surface Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, and Gutter Cleaning duties
-Safely and routinely using ladders at varying heights (up to 40 feet)
-Commuting to office and customers daily.
-Making on-site equipment repairs as necessary.
-On-site training of new team members.
-Managing customer expectations before and during jobs.
-Working closely with our sales and admin teams to keep things running like a well-oiled machine around here.
-Be an active and participating team member exemplifying a sense of camaraderie with all team interactions.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Base Salary plus Production Bonus, this works out to $15.00 to $20.00 / hour depending on how quickly jobs are completed, time of year, and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 1 yr Outdoor Tradesman Experience (lineman, lawn care, general labor) and/or unrelenting work ethic and can-do attitude. (Required)
