Description: • Consultation and assistance to application teams looking to leverage our data protection technologies• Design and support of encryption and data security solutions such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)• Implement technical measures or leverage existing technologies to prevent sensitive data from leaving the company through various channels• Engineering and support of backend appliances and agent software to encrypt data at rest• Interacting with solution vendors to ensure products are in line with client’s objectives and security requirements• At least 5 years of experience in information technology with emphasis on Information Security• Intermediate to advanced systems engineering skills with Windows and/or Unix/Linux• Advanced knowledge and understanding of encryption and data protection technologies and methodologies• Knowledge or experience with cloud encryption solutions• Proven analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills• Ability to work well with both local and remote team members• Ability to communicate effectively with both business/management, and technical/engineering team members.• Ability to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to customers and management• Proven ability to manage time, priorities with multiple projects, and meet aggressive timelines• Demonstrate leadership qualities and skills, including independent decision-making abilities• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Computer Security or equivalent work experience required• CISSP, CISM or specialized GIAC certification is preferred• Solid understanding of Hardware Security Managed technologies with actual experience of Encryption technologies such as Vormetric, Voltage, PKWare or Thales Key Authority encryption products a plus• Solid knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and CASB technologies VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
