- Provide expertise regarding cloud architecture for apps and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide the cloud infrastructure solutions required by business objectives.
- Resolve Zendesk tickets requesting support/creation of Azure resources.
- Develop technical roadmaps for future Azure cloud implementations.
- Participate and contribute to cutting edge cloud reference architecture for cloud-based applications.
- Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, logging and analysis of Azure performance systems
- Participate in incident resolution processes driving restoration and repair of service-impacting issues.
- Troubleshoot complex scenarios related to Application Deployment.
- Creating and maintaining systems documentation.
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- Travel time: Less 10%
- Hybrid working environment (2-3 days per week in-office encouraged, the rest remote). The team conducts occasional in-person meetings and fun team outings.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours and be available for on call status.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Associates Degree, Information Technology and Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, Systems & Network Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience administering a Microsoft Azure enterprise environment.
- Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-103, AZ-104), or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
