Description: Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates standard and nonstandard contracts. Evaluates contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Maintains communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties. Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations to company personnel. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years related experience, or Masters or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Presentation skills, both oral and writtenDesired Skills: 6 years negotiations experience Demonstrate sound business judgment, candidate should possess ability to grasp software applications required to perform job duties.
