We continue to provide innovative care models, focused on improving quality and access to healthcare.ResponsibilitiesThe primary function of a Server at Tower & Church Bistro includes serving, cashiering, hosting, Barista and pre-busing all while satisfying the needs of the guest. The Server must be able to use computer registers, balance cash, properly complete daily cashier paperwork, and maintain flow of customer line. In addition, area is maintained in a professional and welcoming condition by restocking and general cleanup. The Server demonstrates a positive attitude and impression works from a team-centered approach, communicates effectively and serves the needs of the restaurant guest while making excellence the goal of each interaction. All aspects of food handling shall be in accordance with HACCP, health and regulatory standards. The Server completes all other job duties as assigned by leadership.QualificationsRequired Minimum Educatio n: High School Diploma or GED certificateRequired Minimum Experience : 1-3 years restaurant food service experience preferred.Required Minimum Skills : Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and math. Ability to maintain excellent customer under stressful conditions in a courteous, professional, yet tactful manner. Good math skills required.
