What You'll Do As a Solution Delivery Specialist you'll be part of our Customer Excellence team located in Marietta, GA. Specifically, you'll: be responsible for completing onsite implementations and service requests of CribMaster hardware and software solutions. Travels to customer sites and provides installation and upgrades to new and existing equipment (averages 50% travel). Many customer sites are within the manufacturing sector and are, therefore, often large industrial factories that can be loud, dirty and not climate controlled.
  • Prepares all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation, including, but not limited to:
    • Ensure all configurations of machines are correct
    • Ensure all data has been imported and cleaned
  • Acts as the client's technical advocate within the company; promotes thoughts and ideas that contribute toward a more efficient and productive implementation of CribMaster products
  • Understands various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensures these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs
  • Completes detailed checklists and follows detailed procedures
  • Prepares training curriculum to match client needs and provides product training for clients
  • Develops custom documentation to match clients' processes
  • Develops solutions and educates clients in various stages of product implementation
  • Assists with preparing formal project plans for clients
Who You Are You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:
  • Must be able to pass drug test and lifetime background check
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years related work experience in technical installs
  • Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking Basics
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management is a PLUS.
  • Fundamental understanding of Databases, particularly SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Database Reporting software such as Crystal Reports is a PLUS
  • Experience and knowledge of UHF Gen2 Passive RFID Technology is a PLUS
  • Project Management experience a PLUS
  • Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels.

  • Ability to teach IT and Software techniques and features
