Description
Technical Skills – small business accounting for 25-30 accounts, checking of tax returns, QuickBooks, payroll is outsourced with exception of a few accounts, responsible for month end close, bank and GL reconciliations, posting to the genera ledger, adjusting journal entries, processing AP and AR invoices, assisting the CPA’s with tax returns during tax season.
Monday thru Friday – 9AM-5PM – tax season is more hours 8:30-5:30 and 9-5 on Saturdays
MUST HAVES:
Live close to the office – 25 to 30 miles
Staff Accountant – Accounting Degree - Bachelors
Open to entry level or someone tenured
Looking for a great attitude, strong ethics, passion for accounting
