Maintenance TechnicianNewnan, GA1st ShiftDirect Hire:$26-$28/HROur client is seeking maintenance technician in Newnan, GA for Direct Hire opportunities. Pay ranges from $27-$30/HR depending upon Experience. The ideal candidates will have experience in food related manufacturing environments and have GMP knowledge and/or food packaging experience.Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Repair all production equipment as needed
Perform breakdown analysis
Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology
Change line for package changeovers
Comply with GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES, safety, and audit standards
Work independently under limited supervision (self-management)
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Proffered Experience:
Experience with pneumatics
Experience with hydraulics/liquid compression (e.g., valves, cylinders, etc.).
Experience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays).
Experience with mechanical systems
Carton manufacturing or corrugated box machinery is highly desired
Experience with PLC and some programming of RS Logix 500/5000 is desired
Experience with level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs
Experience with intelligent/robotic motors, in-coders
Experience with schematics
Experience with welding (stainless/mild steel, sanitary welding).
