Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects including: determining project scope, preparing bid documents, ensuring bidding process is followed, and all aspect of project execution. Portfolio management includes on-going list of all plant projects and projected status including spending.The Process Engineer shall be able to provide overall supervision for contractor employees, to include, but not limited to; planning and managing the project professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources; ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided; effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hour services ordered; ensure cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled, and at a fair and reasonable cost.Ensure successful completion of all mission operations in accordance with established policies and management goals regarding funding, storage, workload, manpower capability, component, issue, equipment items, and inventory control procedures.Ensures all employees observe policy, procedures and regulatory guidance for physical security, and monitors for compliance and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. This position will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.The Process Engineer may be occasionally assigned to supervise plant maintenance mechanics (i.e. weekend coverage).Principal Accountabilities -60% Manage all in-house Capital Projects and Project Portfolio

Preparation and submission of Capital project’s commitment packages including all necessary documentation.

Ability to analyze operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions.

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Must be on-site during the performance of the Project work and must possess the basic knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and be responsible for the successful completion of the project. Shall be qualified to be the Contractor’s on-site supervisor.

Ability to establish project objectives or performance goals and assess progress.

Must have the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.

25% Manage contractors and occasional plant maintenance mechanics

Receive bids, ensure pre-qualifications and insurance, contractor orientations, onsite inspections, monthly safety meetings, etc.

As assigned, cover as maintenance supervisor.

5% - Oversee plant AUTO CAD process – maintain plant drawings as-builts.5% Work with Strategic Sourcing and all other technical leads as defined by the project process.5% Ensure MOC process for Capital projects is completed.QualificationsRequired Qualification -

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management OR 4 years of working experience in project management in lieu of degree

1 year of working experience in operations, safety and manufacturing

2 years of working experience in AutoCAD and plant drawings

1 years of working experience/Exposure with SAP

Able and willing to supervise plant maintenance mechanics when/if necessary

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Able and willing to provide overall direction to the staff

Strong People Skills with the ability to work with entry level maintenance techs and experience maintenance techs

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Able and willing to work flexible working hours when needed including weekends

Preferred Qualification -

Experience in automation of processes

OSHA qualifications for Project Management

OSHA 24 Hour certification
