Randstad has an immediate need for a full-time, permanent IT Commodity Manager located in the Peachtree Corners area. This position will start off remotely but eventually, transition to a hybrid schedule 2 days in office work schedule. We are looking for purchasing and procurement professionals who have had some exposure to IT commodities and are looking to advance their careers and comfortable with being in the office 2 days a week.Please see additional details below location: Norcross, Georgiajob type: Permanentsalary: $105,000 - 115,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:The Commodity Manager will be responsible for establishing contracts and ensuring the cost-effective supply of a commodity category or group of commodities. The incumbent will have complete responsibility for their commodities and will report to the Sourcing Director, and responsible for the entire department spend. Within the context of the supply, the incumbent will work to drive the strategic sourcing objectives. The position will also interact with numerous functions within the business.- Negotiates contract agreements that align with the organization and stakeholders' goals.
