Job Description

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of each of our core clients while developing and implementing plans to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. The role will also lead the communication and coordination efforts of both internal and external teams to meet our collective goals.

  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, ensure they are getting the most out of our services and the customer is highly delighted.
  • Operates as the principal point of contact and liaison for all strategic accounts for service management, support and escalations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure close oversight on overall customer health and successful execution of deliverables against Service Level Agreements.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
  • Understand and increase lifetime value (LTV) of a customer through contract renewal and organic growth of accounts managed.
  • Drive upgrade revenue through increased services adoption and/or increased usage.
  • Review current processes and recommends improvements with the respective teams to address client pain points and improve deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Business or Sciences or Management
  • 5+ years working experience in Customer relations projects.
  • 3+ yearsof Industry experience is must (Haz/Non-Hazardous, Waste Management or Environmental Solutions).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business or Sciences or Management with 2-5 years working experience in Customer relations projects.
  • Exposure in Project management, presentation skills & data analysis
  • Exposure on Sales, Multiple Client Management & developing the existing & new customers.
  • Attention to detail, instinctive, persistent, focused, well organized.
  • Ability to operate at the highest executive levels within the client.
  • Possess superior communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong relationship building and matrix management, strong team work.
  • Have a solid grasp of customer service and some experience developing client relationships, working with clients directly to find solutions critical thinking is a must.
