- Perform Moves/Adds/Changes and regular maintenance activities for desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, telephones, printers and network. This includes installing new equipment for users and replacement of non-functioning equipment
- Support mobile devices including iOS devices and mobile/desk phones.
- Install and maintain software on desktop computers (including system patches) using approved software and O/S deployment tools
- Install / upgrade Comcast standard operating system on new and existing computers using standard process (Imaging)
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Inventory Management
- Educate end users regarding computer and software operations, including basic “how to’s” and best practices. Typically performed one on one during daily tasks
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (diagnose connectivity issues – including cabling, IP addressing, network drivers / settings, and communicate with network technician for additional troubleshooting)
- Update existing departmental documentation
- Assists with physical server, network device, and phone system needs, relating to installation or troubleshooting as needed
- Facilitate onsite support for various hosted functions housed in local facilities (on call may be required)
