ARS/Rescue Rooter, providing Atlanta area with Heating & Cooling expertise for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a Installation Coordinator to help achieve the branch’s sales goals!COORDINATOR (Installation Team) Schedule: 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays may be required. Daily Responsibility:
Outbound dial to contact all hot/warm/cold sales leads received
Book/schedule installation appointment for our in-field crews
Contact customers prior to all scheduled installations to ensure customers are home prior to time of arrival.
Communicate continually throughout the day with our in-field professionals with any help or assistance they may need from the branch office.
Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate with customers for any needs they may have, installation related.
Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum one year of exceptional customer service experience
Prior Inside Sales experience, preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
