Duties: Prepare the weekly and monthly recovered fiber allocation with oversight from the Manager. Work with recycle supply, sales, and CSR teams to collect information and interface with teams from the WestRock mills and Sales and Operational Planning Teams. Collect, compile, and analyze data from the mill, logistics, and supply teams in order to prepare reports and forecasts for distribution. Review and validate data to ensure accurate information and distribute for reporting purposes. Utilize and review raw data for forecasting purposes. Validate future shipments and consumptions to prepare a weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast for tracking activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of the business such as participating in various functional department and division team meetings, distributing daily, weekly, and monthly information, initiating and communicating requirements and guidance to colleagues. Review and analyze data with regional suppliers and customers. Work with the Supply Optimization Manager and others to develop strategic plans for order fulfillment. Participate as a subject matter expert and support the implementation, rollout and realization of strategic projects focused on the optimization of supply and management of order fulfillment. Participate on continuous improvement activities and projects.Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a related occupation.
