Will Call Associate 600 - Norcross (Hub) - 6500 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, Georgia, United States of America Req #10461JOB SUMMARY:This position requires the associate to have great customer service skills. The associate should have at least one year of previous warehouse experience.This is a temporary position in our Will Call Department in Norcross, Ga. The position will be available during the Summer months of June - July.Monday - Friday (40 hours weekly)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1.Courteous and professional interactions with customers; present yourself well in dress and appearance; use professional language; work together as team and take initiative to help each other.2.Picking/Pulling/Staging customer orders with hand held barcode device.3.Loading out customers on the counter.4.Restocking counter shelves on a scheduled basis.5.Must be able to obtain in house forklift license.6.Operate forklift after certification.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Associates will report all work-related injuries or property damage to their immediate supervisor.2.The associate will also complete and sign an Associate Injury/Illness Reporting Form (found on the Mayernet) and turn it in to their manager or supervisor within 24 hours.3.Ensure that counter acts as a team.4. Courteous and professional interactions with customers; present yourself well in dress and appearance; use professional language; work together as team and take initiative to help each other.5.When the order pulling process is completed, verification is required that the ticket was pulled correctly.6.Pack material securely and label all cartons to ensure correctness.7.Stage material in proper bin for pickup by customer.8.Listen to customers and reference how should we respond when a customer has a complaint. Resolve the complaint, forward the complaint, or follow the Red Zone process.9.Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.10.Maintains high standards of customer service for self and others.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:1High School Diploma or GED2Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized.DESIRED EXPERIENCE / CAPABILITIES:1.
