Quickly growing company looking for an Insulation Installer! This position is a major contributor to the continued success of our organization. You will part of a team that performs air-sealing and installs insulation to improve comfort and efficiency of residential homes in NW Georgia areas, and possibly other areas within Georgia as we continue to expand. Sustainability is one of the fastest growing industries in the US and this position allows you to learn the fundamental elements of residential energy efficiency.
DUTIES:
Sealing the parts of the house that lose air such as attics, crawlspaces, doors, and windows, etc.
Installing insulation in attics, basements and crawlspaces
Blower Door Testing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Honest, trustworthy and reliable
Have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and smart phone
Be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Able to communicate effectively in English
Ability to work alone and on a team
Flexibility to work overtime when needed (mostly Monday - Friday)
Possible Saturday work, on rare occasion
Insulation experience a plus
Electrics, HVAC, and roofing experience are also a plus
Ability to work in small spaces like attics and crawlspace
Must be able to work in very hot conditions, on occasions
