Kelly Services has multiple Temp to Hire Assembly positions at Roper Corporation in LaFayette, GA.
First Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Sunday Thursday 10:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m.
Pay: $11.00 an hour Once hired on after 90 days pay rate increases to $13.00 for First Shift & $14.00 for Third Shift
JOB DUTIES
You are responsible for assembling range/oven cooking appliances and/or components according to production schedules.
Daily Responsibilities
- Shoot screws using various types of air tools without chipping, damaging parts, or product within the time allowed.
- Plug wires properly.
- Properly align placement of materials or parts on unit.
- Handle and correctly place insulation on the unit.
- Identify parts by correct part number.
- Identify and place correct parts on unit and follow model mix-sequence according to production schedule.
- Move parts, materials or containers, as needed (lifting, pulling, pushing) using safe work practices.
