Provides both phones based and hands-on computer hardware and software support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Working 3rd shift
Requirements
Good hardware knowledge/troubleshooting on PC's, Laptops, and printers/copiers
Active Directory
Windows 7/10
Remote support experience
Documentation experience
VPN Software
Ability to work 3rd shift (10pm-7am)
