CREATIVE DESIGNER
3 Month Contract Remote ESTDuties:We're looking for a creative designer to support a quick turn localization project for our dotcom website. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is able to work with multiple teams to deliver a high priority, short term project scope. The ideal candidate will have an interest in coordinating, executing and delivering localized assets with high accuracy and attention to detail. They will work across departments to collect files, learning our systems to become self-sufficient within them. They will coordinate and work with the translation vendor to ensure localization of content, and where applicable, input the localized content into native files - creating the final files to input and publish into our Contentful CMS system.- As a Creative Designer what you'll do here:
- Focus on our asset localization project from start to finish with a production angle
- Independently source native files throughout our systems from various teams
- Participate in production workflows in our CMS including upload and publishing of assets
- Provide day-to-day project management and execution for asset needs working with internal and external teams
- Provide updates on project status weekly to ensure forward momentum, escalating any blockers along the way.
- Have experience as a creative designer first and foremost
- Are an expert in Adobe design tools, Figma and have some experience with any content management system (Contentful preferred).
- Have experience in localizing assets utilizing a translation vendor
- You have a basic understanding of web including file size needs
- Are comfortable with new tech and systems
- Are comfortable managing entire projects start to finish with multiple teams
- Are looking for a 3 month contract and take pride in seeing the project through completion.
- Please note that the contract has to end July 2023.
- Location : Remote is fine, open to aligning to East coast time is required.
- Must have:
- design skills in adobe suite (illustrator, photoshop, after effects) and figma
- experience localizing/translating assets
- CMS experience
- Nice to have:
- organizational skills and experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
