100% Remote, EST hours

Salary: $165,000-175,000 + 25% Yearly Bonus

SNAPSHOT:Our client is a global success in the Data Analytic space, they are looking for someone that has led B2B/SaaS product teams within the Finance and Risk Solution space

This person will be working cross-functionally with the team's 3 year strategy and roadmap for Product Platform Services.

You will have 2-3 direct reports (product managers/product analysts/UX designer) at immediate hire and another 2-3 hired by the End of the year, total of 5-6 direct reports

Responsibilities:
    • The Director, Product Management will lead platform product management for a new B2B SaaS platform in the risk and compliance space
    • Develop a 3-year strategy and roadmap for a product platform services offering and manage its execution through measurable goals and outcomes
    • Look for opportunities to turn feature capabilities into core platform features, and design for extensibility of the platform
    • Attend external customer meetings (sales, onboarding, customer success) as a subject matter expert to answer questions, solicit product feedback, and ensure value is delivered
    • Partner with teams in sales, customer success, brand/marketing, design, engineering, risk, legal, etc. to execute on product success goals
    • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors, where required, to deliver necessary pieces of our Tech product with time-to-market excellence.
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 product managers at various levels of their career
    • Contribute to the development of the DNB risk and compliance line of business
Key Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree; preferably in business related field
    • 10+ years of relevant work experience with product development and management, ideally within a business-to-business platform.
    • Proven success managing matrixed teams towards business outcomes
    • Knowledge of Advanced Data Management techniques and technologies.
    • Experience with agile software development and guiding cross-functional teams to success.
    • Experience translating customer needs into strategy and business requirements, analyze issues and identify areas of opportunity and best path forward.
    • Experience to effectively champion product strategy clearly and concisely to the target audience (business sponsors, technology, sales, support, clients, etc).
    • Experience communicating opportunities and strategies through business cases and detailed software requirements through use cases.
    • Interpersonal & leadership skills and experience dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams.
    • Ability to manage own work to successfully meet goals in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
    • Ability to identify issues, recognize root causes and take appropriate action or recommend possible scenarios to solve problems.
