- Collaborates and interfaces with Sales, Marketing, and IT Departments, both globally and in the U.S., to determine website needs and to discuss, analyze, and resolve usability issues.
- 4-7 Years of global/multinational corporate Web Administration / Development experience. Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of website design, development, administration, and SEO. - They must be good with SEO
- Must have experience with coding as well as marketing.
- Collaborates and interfaces with Sales, Marketing, and IT Departments, both globally and in the U.S., to determine website needs and to discuss, analyze, and resolve usability issues.
- Monitors site traffic, security, and performance, and recommends changes to improve responsiveness and stability.
- Ensures that all websites are compliant with state, regional, and international privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
- Optimizes all sites for page speed, responsiveness, and file compression parameters.
- Maintains all server and web-based software packages/plugins to ensure optimal capacity, updates, and compatibility.
- Stays abreast of current and new technologies in the field to recommend periodic website upgrades and recommend strategies for improving the end-user experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Multimedia, or Business with a focus in Web Development, Administration, or Design.
- 4-7 Years of global / multi-national corporate Web Administration / Development experience. Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of website design, development, administration, and SEO.
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of the WordPress Development Platform.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other website development software.
- Additional Web Development / Administration Certifications are desirable.
- Proven skills with the Pantheon® WebOps platform are also desirable.
