This person will work with VT Production and Engineering team members in identifying and implementing projects to improve operational efficiency. Participate in Kaizen events or other cross functional teams utilizing lean methodology principles to identify bottle necks and solutions.Job Requirements

Self-motivated
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of 3D modeling software
Experience in data collection and statistical analysis
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude a plus
Desire to work in a manufacturing setting required
Respectful of employees, vendors and customers
Major in Engineering or technical field
Entering Junior or Senior year
Other duties as required
