POSITION SUMMARY: This position receives all visitors to Mercy Care and creates a hospitable environment for visitors and staff; the position provides telephone and clerical support to the organization, as well as assigned projects. Participates in health fairs or community events as requested. Participates in touring potential clients and families as directed. Reflects Mercy Care mission and values in all interpersonal encounters.Provides patient care and/ or support activities appropriate to ages served; primarily adults ages 18-65 or geriatric patients ages over 65. May also include care for infant age 0-1 year, child ages 1-12 years or adolescent ages 13-17 years.
