Customer and Business Solutions One-Stop AnalystJob DescriptionPOSITION DESCRIPTIONPosition: Customer and Business Solutions One-Stop AnalystSector/Department: KCP Customer and Business SolutionsScopeReporting directly to the CBS Business Operations Team Leader, the One-Stop Analyst will be an integral member of the team, interfacing with several functional areas within the business unit including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Financial Services, and others. The individual will perform timely and accurate end to end execution of pricing and chargebacks with distributors, safeguarding KCP NA assets. The individual must be able to investigate and quickly recognize the reason behind discrepant information and resolve in alignment with corporate policies and standards. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for making recommendations concerning practices and procedures to strengthen internal control and improve efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesProcess distributor chargeback claims timely and accurately per below dimensions and KPIs. Process SPARTA pricing requests timely and accurately per below dimension and KPIs. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results. Maintain a high level of customer service in all aspects of the job functions. Act as a liaison between Sales, Distribution and Business Unit by developing strong and open relationships with all groups. Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have the need to know. Support the achievement of all departmental objectives. Supply ongoing, timely, and meaningful analysis, both routine and as needed. Participate and/or initiate proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation programs that drive results for the business unit. Ensure back office operations support is aligned to corporate controls, sector and functional policies and instructions. Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support.
