Job Description
- Manage day-to-day organizational financial operations as well as high level, strategic company initiatives
- Spearhead the development and implementation of automated financial controls and processes
- Work with C-level and other CAS employees to analyze gaps in current processes and develop strategies to mitigate those gaps
- Provide training and education to executive and admin employees regarding organizational finance in general as well as specific methods and processes to be utilized at CAS Group
- Develop and maintain operational reports to support management and general consulting activities
- Reports include but are not limited to:Projected Cash Flow, Profitability Analysis/forecasting, Business Case support, Weekly, monthly, and Annual Operational Metrics by Company, Client, Project, and Resource
- Align Operational book keeping with Accounting policy in order to ensure compliance and streamline year end accounting
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other financial principles
- Over 5 years of experience in a strategic finance role
- Over 5 years of experience in a tactical financial control, organizational finance management role
- Experience providing mentorship and training
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Master’s degree or higher preferred
