Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their growing Infrastructure team. This role offers a hybrid work model, 3 days/week in the office is required. 25% travel is required for this role. They have 14 plants in the U.S. so there is occasional travel to Missouri plants every other month. .
Position overview:- Provide administration, installation, operation, and maintenance support on network, applications, systems and infrastructure equipment
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, 0365 and administration of applications in the cloud, MS Azure.
- Manage infrastructure solutions including email, spam management, patch management, A/V, disaster recovery, audio/web conferencing, VM's, and file sharing
- Deploy and manage company LANs and WANs, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, UPS, voice and/or audio communication, and other hardware.
- Support the Infrastructure Manager on daily basis
- Assist with the daily workload of the Service Desk (ticketing) when needed, and ensure technical issues are handled, prioritized, progressed through resolution and notated in the ticketing system.
- Assist Systems support with projects and daily work assignments as needed
- Oversight of tasks such as enrollment of new users (on-boarding), termination of retired users, and regular system maintenance.
- Participate in implementing and managing network security, and backup solutions.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting with the ability to efficiently identify and address technical issues including desktops, servers, firewalls and network.
- Set up SD WAN projects at plant sites.
- Must have 0365 administration experience, minimum of 3 years.

- Provide administration, installation, operation, and maintenance support on networks, applications, systems, desktops, laptops, servers, and all other infrastructure equipment.
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, 0365 and administration of applications in the cloud, MS Azure.
- Manage infrastructure solutions including email, spam management, patch management, A/V, disaster recovery, audio/web conferencing, file sharing, cybersecurity, and other collaboration tools
- Partner with the current team in the support, training, and development of end-user abilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions
- Office 365 Enterprise applications administration, deployment, and support
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations in planning to assist management in planning for System upgrades and release planning
- Manage switching, routing, firewalls, LANs, WLANs, TCP/IP, VPNs, and VoIP.
- Microsoft Active Directory and MS Azure administration
- Experience with infrastructure/network deployment and support
- Experience with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive
- Experience with systems incl. Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server 2012+
- Networking skills: troubleshooting network problems, PC connectivity and debugging, virus/spyware removal, DNS, DHCP, networked printers, file shares
