Role: Data Architect Location: Sandy Springs, GA (remote) The Scope of Services (Scope) is based on understanding and capture of MBUSA's requirements for Enterprise Integration with Event Driven Architecture using technologies such as Nifi, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS. The services to be performed under this SOW include the following (the "Services"):
- Implement ingestion, validation, transformation to build MBvans Inventory which includes CPO and New Vans.
- PIE (Product Import Engine) Monitoring and Operationalization
- Support the team in capturing non-functional requirements
- Support the team in the development of architecture and design artifacts including
- Nifi Implementation
- Service layer architecture
- Data management strategy
- Support team in the development of the system based on the design
- Support team in testing and implementation of the application
- Support schema evolution between layers, implement Avro Schema Registry
- Implement and leverage Kafka for PIE platform
- Using Kafka, build streaming data pipelines that reliably move data between systems
- Homenet (Cox Auto) to PIE (for event driven processing)
- PIE to ingest and post processed data for any consumer systems/apps with publish/subscribe model
- PIE to publish processing errors into kafka topic for source systems (Homenet) to address data issues
- Homenet (Cox Auto) readiness for this implementation will be evaluated and with limitations (if any) documented. Thus, scope could be adjusted accordingly
- Implement Event driven processing for dealer data, migrate from batch processing
- Implement Release 3 and 4 functionality New Car Inventory, and Enhancements
