Job Description

The Receptionist / Office Administrator will work in the Atlanta office and ensure the smooth running of the office. The Receptionist / Office Administrator will run the office and take ownership of various administrative duties in facilities and business operations. It contributes to NTT’s success by creating and maintaining an office environment that allows employees to focus on the work and get administrative support in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide administrative support for the Leadership and management team.

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage office budget
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 office management / administrative assistant experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding follow-up and execution
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sense of Urgency and self-starter
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office .
  • Willing to learn a variety of tasks
