RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the IT PMO Infrastructure & InfoSec Portfolios (i.e., Cloud Infrastructure Implementations, Data Center, Network Infrastructure, IAM, and Security Utilities Deployments etc.) Directly Manage a team of Program Managers & Project Managers/Scrum Masters responsible for executing projects within the portfolio Ensure portfolio financials align with planned budget and value targets Be a "Servant Leader", manage, mentor, coach, and hold IT PMO resources accountable Facilitate and manage Executive Leadership Infrastructure & Information Security portfolio alignments and expectations Recommend process enhancements to improve IT PMO organizational maturity Understand full IT PMO portfolio and define and monitor project inter-dependencies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Four year Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related field is desired; or equivalent experience PMP certified - preferred CSM or SAFe certified - preferred MBA - preferred The ideal candidate has first-hand, diverse experience acquired in multiple environments, including corporate, Consulting, System Integrations, M&A, Technology Infrastructure, and Information Security Implementations 5 plus years of direct Infrastructure & InfoSec implementation experience Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure) deployments, Networking (AP & Firewalls), Data Centers, IAM & SSO (Okta) and Security Utilities deployments (i.e., FireEye, etc.) Experience motivating and mentoring staff and team members to change how they envisage and deliver their work Experience interacting with executive project sponsors, business subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders for large organizational projects Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions - company is looking to acquire multiple entities over the next few years
