Recruiting Consultant Strategic Sourcingin GAC SavannahUnique Skills:Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years progressively responsible related HR experience.Position Purpose:Design and execute strategic sourcing / talent acquisition strategies to ensure the Gulfstream Enterprise (sites included) has a diverse, high caliber talent pipeline for current and future critical needs as defined by the business. Additionally, this position will have oversight of candidate lead generation activities. This role will act as the subject matter expert on all facets of the strategic sourcing process and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external customers.Job DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:Operate as an organizational leader and an internal consultant to management in the identification, development and execution of talent sourcing strategies and processes.Evaluate business initiatives to determine appropriate sourcing strategies to meet organizational hiring / headcount goals.Develop plans for implementing just in time sourcing strategies that focus on critical and/or bulk needs across the Gulfstream Enterprise (sites included).Analyze sourcing tools/data to evaluate results related to building and sustaining diverse, high caliber talent pipelines for critical need / bulk positions.Interface will all levels of employees from front line to senior leadership team for various reasons including but not limited to: quarterly or annual strategic reviews, formal presentations, trainings, meeting facilitation, event planning, etc.Assist with diversity event sourcing/outreach strategy design for annual conferences and recruitment events.Provide coaching and education to leaders on building and sustaining talent pipelines.Provide oversight of candidate lead generation activities. .Assist with budget for external sourcing campaigns (ad placement, etc).Additional Functions:Develops and maintains effective working relationships with line organization. .Travel approximately 50%. .Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Contact Management Systems. .Aviation / Aerospace experience is preferred. .Exceptional consulting and project management skills.Strong public speaking and facilitation skills required.Ability to interface and influence both internal and external; audiences including leaders and all levels.Additional InformationRequisition Number: 186001Posting Type: Internal-ExternalDepartment: J0891-Talent AcquisitionCategory: Human ResourcesPercentage of Travel: Up to 25%Shift: FirstEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary Grade:E7Number of Openings: 2Posting End Date: 09/30/2022Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.| | | Copyright 2020 Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
