LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR / PROJECT MANAGER
We are adding a Licensed General Contractor to our Real Estate Investment Team. We cover Savannah-Chatham, Effingham, Bryan & Bulloch Counties.
Must be able to give written rehab estimates for our Fix n Flip projects, General Home repairs, ect. Including
Complete Scope of Work with Time Table, Cost Breakdown. Must be able to serve as Project Manager, Managing all subs for all our rehab projects.
